Imdaad named ?Overall Facilities Management Company of the Year?

Imdaad, Dubai-based group of companies that provides facilities management services, has been named ?Overall FM Company of the Year? at the Facilities Management Middle East (FMME) Awards 2019

Added to this, the company awarded the ?Cleaning Company of the Year? title and was highly commended in the ?Engineering Service of the Year? category.

The awards were received at a ceremony held at the JW Marriott Marquis hotel in Dubai. Now in its 12th edition, the FMME Awards is the region?s foremost annual gathering for the facilities management sector and attracted senior officials and leading figures from the industry.

Commenting on the accolade, group CEO Jamal Abdulla Lootah said, ?Receiving one of the industry?s most coveted prizes serves as powerful motivation to further enhance our offerings for our loyal customers and continue on our path of innovation.?

Imdaad aims to provides total facilities management solutions and its efforts in continuously improving operational performance has resulted in high customer satisfaction of 94 per cent, contract renewal rate of 86 per cent and average client KPI achievement of above 95 per cent.
