Building Services Qatar to debut in January 2018

Organised by the team behind the construction event The Big 5, Building Services Qatar will incorporate four of the company?s most established brands ? FM EXPO, Windows, Doors & Facades, Middle East Concrete and HVACR Expo ? along with the launch of Health, Education, Sports and Transportation Event (HEST).

?This multi-section show presented under the umbrella brand ?Building Services Qatar? will cover concrete, windows doors and facades, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, facilities management, renewable energy, and HEST targeting all professionals involved in projects within these specific industry sectors. The main aim of launching Building Services Qatar is to support the delivery of the 2022 FIFA World Cup and the long-term Qatar Vision 2030 by offering the latest, sustainable and innovative building services solutions involved in all aspects of the design, building and management of the key built environment projects in Qatar,? said Andy Pert, portfolio exhibitions director, dmg events.

Set to take place at the Doha Exhibitions and Convention Centre (DECC) from 30 January-1 February, Building Services Qatar will provide the best possible platform for companies looking to grow their business in a market focused on preparations for the 2022 FIFA World Cup and the long-term Qatar Vision 2030.

?Recent reports indicate that Qatar is now spending up to US$500mn per week on projects related to the 2022 FIFA World Cup alone, with this level of spend set to continue right up until 2021,? explained Pert. ?In addition to this, there is US$11bn allocated for transport projects in the 2017 budget. We believe these figures make it clear that the time is right for global building services manufacturers, solution providers, and product suppliers to the built environment to enter this lucrative market.?

Building Services Qatar will incorporate internationally certified Continuing Professional Development (CPD) workshops, technical seminars, live demonstrations and a three-day conference programme exploring key issues in the market around sports, health, education, commercial, retail and transportation projects, all of which will target thousands of active knowledgeable industry professionals.
