Volvo Penta has launched a new website to improve users’ online experience, thus making it easier for customers to engage digitally with the company and explore its wide range of offers
The redesign of the Volvo Penta website sees a more user-friendly layout with a responsive interface. Visitors to the site will easily be able to gain access to any information they choose, on any device – mobile, tablet, laptop, and desktop computer.
“Our new website is a great platform for customers to find out more about our products and services, and engage with us much more easily than before,” says Kina Wileke, senior vice-president and head of brand, communication and marketing at Volvo Penta. “We’ve listened to what our customers and dealers want from our website, and have incorporated those wishes into the new design.
“As a user-friendly interface, we believe that the new website offers an interesting and rewarding digital experience, and will assist customers via whatever device they use.”

The new Volvo Penta website features the latest information on all products and services, to help customers decide which units are most suitable for their needs. Aftermarket assistance is also provided, including handy tips and instructional guidance. Features include:
• Access to parts and accessories information: gain an overview of technical specifications, images, and information on options available across the full range of marine and industrial products.
• Product guidance: learn how to locate your engine’s serial number, search for in-depth information about your engine or product via the serial number, download operator manuals, read about any product updates, watch product videos, find out more about ongoing campaigns.
• Dealer locator: easily find which dealers operate in any region across the world.
• Service and support: learn how to access break-down help 24/7 through Volvo Penta Action Service, discover where to get routine maintenance support.
