Mercedes-Benz launch special edition Actros to celebrate 20th anniversary

Mercedes-Benz Trucks MENA have launched a special edition truck to celebrate its flagship model, Actros, and its 20th anniversary 

Mercedes-Benz Trucks? MENA, together with Emirates Motor Company, its authorised distributor in the emirate of Abu Dhabi, have launched a special edition Actros truck in celebration of the model?s 20th anniversary. The special edition model is equipped with Active Brake Assist, Telligent? Proximity Control, Driver Airbag, Telligent? Lane Assistant, Anti-lock braking system and Acceleration skid control (ASR) to maximise driver and road safety. It is also equipped with Mercedes-Benz's PowerShift 16-speed automated gearshift, hydraulic retarder and their V6 engine boasting 435 horsepower and ensuring the highest fuel-efficiency, reliability and minimal wear and tear.

All features of the Actros 20 Years Edition are available from the Mercedes-Benz Trucks factory in Woerth, Germany, and can be ordered through the authorised Mercedes-Benz Truck distributors across the MENA region. Professional driver training is offered by Mercedes-Benz and its General Distributors to instruct fleet managers and drivers on how to operate the truck and its features focusing on maximum safety and efficiency.
