Emerson has launched its manufacturing facility in Jubail, further diversifying its local manufacturing portfolio in Saudi Arabia
The facility produces solenoid valves, filter regulators and control cabinets and will enable faster, more efficient service to customers in the kingdom and nearby countries across the Middle East and Africa region.
Commenting about the facility, Liam Hurley, vice-president and general manager of Emerson in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, said, ?This new facility in Jubail is the product of Emerson?s commitment to bring our businesses closer to our customers.?
?We continually align our capabilities to the needs of our customers. In this region, it has meant migrating some of our capabilities from Dubai to Saudi Arabia to improve efficiency not just in production, but also in logistics and delivery costs to provide better service and value to our customers and partners.?
Emerson?s latest investment in Jubail also highlights the company?s support and alignment with regional localization initiatives such as the IKTVA programme and Saudi Vision 2030.

The Jubail facility marks another expansion in Emerson?s manufacturing capabilities in the western Middle East region, with existing facilities and plants in Dammam, Al Khobar and Dhahran Techno Valley.
