Japan-based Brother International has launched new range of monochrome laser printers and multi-function centres to offer improved print efficiency and affordability
According to the company, the new range of products utilises high-yield toner of 2,600 pages and offers features like 2.7-inch touchscreen colour LCD panel and dual CIS scanner for automatic both side print, scan, copy and fax functions.
Soichi Murakami, managing director of Brother International, said, ?The latest line have been developed to meet the needs of small offices and home offices (SOHOs) and small medium businesses (SMBs), built compact to suit any business environment yet provides a full range of networking and workgroup features.?
All models come with either wireless or network connectivity for easy-to-manage printing. ?The Wi-Fi wireless models connect mobile devices directly to the machine for instant printing via the use of Brother International?s apps, without the need to connect to a computer or via wireless network,? he added.
The new machines print and copy faster at a speed of 30 pages per minute. The flagship MFC-L2740DW model can also scan, copy and fax both sides of a document automatically with its dual CIS scanner, saving time, effort and printing costs, noted the managing director.
According to Murakami, the new series of monochrome laser printers and multi-function centres also come with a deep sleep power saving mode, which automatically switches on when the machine is not in use. ?This consumes less energy, saves on electrical bills and is also more environmentally friendly,? he added.
All models come with shortcut functions that users will find easy to use.
