MMD Display purchases its fifth Durst printer

OmarHitti-MMDSaudi Arabia?s MMD Display, a supplier of display stands and advertising materials, has purchased a Durst P10 250 HS printer in a bid to expand its capacity

The newest addition is expected to boost MMD Display?s current capacity, which already includes a fleet of Durst printers such as Rho Pictor, Rho 700, P10-200 and P10-250.

?Opting yet again for another printer from Durst was not a difficult decision to make. We are quite familiar with the quality and productivity of the Durst machines through our existing printers. The company is a reliable partner and their representative in the region, Giffin Graphics, also offers excellent service. So buying another machine from Durst was a natural next step for us to increase our capacity and productivity,? said MMD general manager Omar Hitti.

The Rho P10 inkjet printer series is a new quality standard for the industrial print production, as it combines speed and quality without compromising either. Much like previous flatbed and roll-to-roll printers, Rho P10 can print on a range of rigid and roll media. It includes the versatile two-metre wide UV flatbed printer Rho P10 200 with a modular upgrade option, and the P10 250 with an unrivalled production capacity.

Equipped with the latest Durst Quadro Array 10 print head technology, the systems can achieve a print quality of 1000 dpi without loss of speed. This also applies to the use of light colours, said MMD Display officials.

The compact and robust print machines for industrial production are designed for non-stop printing with minimum downtime, so they provide the highest production efficiency and reliability.
