KFB Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the US firm Eaton Corporation for co-operation in a wide range of activities from trading and distribution of IEC products, assembly of IEC MV Systems and promotion of its busway systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
A signing ceremony was held between both companies which was attended by Mr.Khalid Fahad Alboayz, President-KFB Group and Mr.Frank Campbell, President-Eaton Electrical EMEA.
Campbell emphasised the vision of Eaton to have a focus on Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Power Distribution Products in the Middle East and specifically in Saudi Arabia with a partner like KFB Group, who has a strong presence in the Power Distribution segment with state-of-art manufacturing infrastructure for wide range of Switchgear Products & Systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The partnership should help establish Eaton's products throughout KSA.
KFB Group is a big player in the power distribution & transmission market in KSA and Eaton Corporation, is an important player in the electrical industry.
