International facilities management (FM) company Macro has announced the appointment of Emma Harvey to its FM consultancy team in the Middle East and said that she will be based out of the company?s Dubai office
With a background in FM operations, Harvey is said to have strong experience in managing complex projects on both the client side and contractor side, including managing a large commercial tower in Dubai, which has a total floor area of one million sq ft.
Recently, she managed the tender process for outsourced FM services at a large entertainment project in Dubai.
Commenting on the appointment, Chris Bond, director of consultancy at Macro in the Middle East, said, ?I am delighted to welcome Emma to the team. Harvey has eight years of experience in FM in the UAE. In her previous roles in JLL, Arabtec Holding, Serco and KPMG, She has provided expert advice to clients in the commercial, residential and leisure sectors.
Macro hopes that Harvey will help them to grow the company?s business in the region by bringing her talent and experience in FM consultancy, asset management, real estate and contract management.
Macro, a subsidiary of Mace, had been providing FM services to support significant construction projects across the Middle East region. The company help in a number of global FM businesses including FM24 in London, Maxim in the Northern England and FIMS in Scotland.
