Transguard Group has secured multiple contracts for US$38mn for projects in construction, facilities management and mechanical, plumbing and electrical (MEP) sectors, in Dubai

The company, owned by Emirates Group, is planning to develop a new corporate structure, which will capitalise on potential business opportunities and build a stronger client portfolio in the GCC region.

Major contracts have been secured with large construction contractor TAV, Australian mechanical services company James L Williams, international MEP contractor Anel and two turnkey fit out solutions companies, Dutco Styles & Wood and Al Tayer Stocks.

Transguard will also supply integrated facilities management with local property developer, Select Group at their residential tower in Dubai Marina.

Tim Popplewell, COO of Transguard Group, said, ?Over the past four months, the group has secured more than 20 new contracts worth more than US$38mn in annual revenue and deploying more than 3,000 new staff members. These new contracts validate our confidence in the UAE and regional economies. We envisage significant growth prospects, especially in Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.?
