Electronics company Fujitsu General has partnered with UAE-based air conditioning solutions distributor Elapco to bring Fujitsu?s variable refrigerant flow (VRF) AC systems to the UAE

The new generation of Fujitsu General VRF (R410A) system functions as a centralised air conditioning system that cools large multi-zone spaces with varying heating and cooling needs through intelligent controls.

Fujitsu said, ?The system will result in tremendous power savings as it is equipped to know where to cool and when. It is best suited for UAE?s high-rise buildings having multi zones such as offices, hotels, premium residential properties and hospitals, because of the flexibility of control and significantly lower electricity bills.

?The VRF systems are engineered categorically for sustainable green buildings and it also provides opportunities for building owners to claim numerous LEED prerequisites.?

Fujitsu General Middle East CEO Junji Yanagimoto said, ?Fujitsu General is creating values for the new generation by fusing advanced technology and marketing power. The introduction of the VRF technology and systems is a firm step in that direction.

?Our flagship brand OGeneral has been predominately used in the UAE and the Middle East region. With constant upgrades in technology, we wish to affirm our leadership in these regions.?

Elapco Group CEO Tariq Al Ghussein said, ?The current prerequisite for the UAE and the Middle Eastern Region is sustainable air conditioning solutions, due to the extreme climatic conditions here.?
