Omaniyat launches twin tower residential project in Dubai

Middle East development group Omaniyat has launched a twin tower residential project in Dubai?s Burj Khalifa District named The Sterling

The two towers are designed to cater to a luxurious lifestyle in Dubai, according to officials from Omaniyat. Internationally renowned interior decorator Steve Leung has designed the project.

Mark Phoenix, managing director of the Omaniyat group, said, ?The Sterling synthesises downtown Dubai?s business smartness with chic. There is a balance of minimalism and warmth. Steve Leung?s designs are contemporary and elevate the idea of a home.?

The project features two towers East House and West House, interlinked by halls that contain a lobby, retail space and elevated gardens. Each tower offers different apartment sizes and layouts to suit the lifestyle of different customers, said Omaniyat officials. In addition, there are two separate retail areas spread across 942.6 sqm.

The East House consists of 157 units, including 26 studios, 70 one-bedroom, 42 two-bedroom, 10 three-bedroom, two penthouses and seven townhouses. The West House consists of 155 units that include 26 studios, 72 one-bedroom, 38 two-bedroom, 10 three-bedroom, two penthouses and seven townhouses.
