The 414 m Princess Tower, recognised as the world?s tallest residential building by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), has been delivered by its developer, Tameer
Occupying a land area of 3,475 m, the tower is comprised of six basement levels, a ground floor and 100 levels above.
Princess Tower offers 763 individual units, including one, two, three bedrooms and penthouses and is supported by 957 parking bays, while eight retail shops are located on the ground floor.
Although it is exactly half the size of the 828 m Burj Khalifa ? Princess Tower is the tallest in Dubai Marina and currently ranks as the 13th tallest tower in the world, according to CTBUH.
