Aluminium Middle East is the largest event of its kind in the region and is to complete its fifth incarnation from 15-17 May 2017 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre in the UAE

The UAE is region?s largest producer of aluminium. Because of that, it is the ideal platform for the industry to grow from, offering an extensive manufacturing base with great growth opportunities. The UAE government has identified 75 initiatives that it will fund, hoping it will create 27,000 new jobs and anticipating massive growth in the industrial sector.

With this in mind, Dubai is the ideal location to host Aluminium Middle East. According to Reuters, ?This year, the Middle East posted the second highest year-on-year demand growth globally during Q1 at +5.8 per cent and the world now has its eyes set on witnessing how the GCC will continue to thrive in a post-oil world, with aluminum as one of the major economy drivers. This regional growth is a major contributor to a growing global demand for aluminum which is estimated to reach 70mn metric tonnes per year by 2020.?

It is expected that over 3,500 visitors from over 70 countries shall attend the event, empathising the global effect of the show. More information and tickets can be booked on the official website here.
