An official Egyptian country pavilion will be hosted at The Big 5 Saudi, taking place from 10-13 March 2019 at the Jeddah Centre for Forums and Events

The country pavilion, sponsored by governmental authorities, is expected to help Egyptian companies access the US$800bn Saudi construction market, thereby boosting new partnerships and reinforce business relations between Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

About 12 Egyptian construction firms will participate as part of the Egyptian delegation including the Cleopatra Group, Mog 10th of Ramadan, Samco, HanoTex, Plaza and Phoenix.

Expo Consultants for fairs and exhibitions, founders of the Egyptian Pavilion, will assist the exporters to display their products at The Big 5 Saudi 2019.

Roni El Haddad, event director, said that the launch of the first Egyptian Pavilion at The Big 5 Saudi shows positive development for three main reasons.

?First, it shows a strong commitment by governmental authorities to promote Egyptian companies and their products abroad. Second, it offers a premier opportunity to create new partnerships between Egypt and Saudi Arabia, reinforcing their business relations. Finally, it confirms the growing international interest in the Saudi construction market, where more than 5,400 projects are currently active, attracting industry players from around the globe,? El Haddad added.

The 9th edition of The Big 5 Saudi is set to host a wide range of global exhibiting companies who will display the latest technologies and building solutions across eight dedicated product sectors.

A special focus on the HVACR sector and a wide outdoor area showcasing solar solutions, heavy machinery and outdoor furnishing will be featured during the event. More than 80 CPD-certified and free to attend workshops will be delivered by industry experts across the four days of the event.

The Big 5 Saudi 2019 is supported by Al Fouzan Trading & General Construction Co, Astrolabs, Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO), Saudi Building Code National Committee (SBCNC), GCC Standardization Organization (GSO) and Jeddah Chamber of Commerce.
