Fahad Al Dehais, managing partner of Mohammed Al Dhabaan & Partners in association with Eversheds Sutherland, has been named an ?Emerging Leader 2017? by The M&A Advisor Awards in New York
?The Annual M&A Advisor Emerging Leaders Awards was born as the 40 under 40 awards in the USA in 2010 to recognise and celebrate the achievements of young M&A, financing and turnaround professionals who had reached a significant level of success and made a notable contribution to their industry and community. Fahad AlDehais is the managing partner of the Saudi Arabia practice at Mohammed AlDhabaan & Partners in association with Eversheds Sutherland, he joined the team in August 2015. Fahad is a highly experienced senior Saudi lawyer advising on capital market transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Fahad also advises on sophisticated foreign investments and is a practicing litigator who attends arbitrations, specialised legal committees and the different courts, with cases totalling in excess of SAR 26 billion. Fahad focuses mainly on capital markets and in September 2017 he supervised the listing of a company on the prime Saudi capital market and, in addition, this year he has already supervised and assisted on closing several M&A transactions. Fahad also advises on regulatory and public policy advisory assisting several ministries, authorities and government institutions on the National Transformation Plan 2020 and implementation of the Saudi Vision 2030.
