Saudi Build is hosting more than 19 countries and 17 national pavilions from 26-29 October 2015 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Centre
Organised by Riyadh Exhibitions Company limited (REC), the exhibition will create an opportunity for global construction firms to network with local and regional construction leaders and professionals.
According to Saudi Gazette, an expanding population, growth in religious tourism and demand for better infrastructure in sectors such as housing, healthcare, education and transport will continue to fuel an industry forecasted to grow 7.8 per cent between 2015 and 2019.
An REC source said, ?Saudi Arabia is in the midst of a construction boom with a series of nationwide building activities underway. Aside from government initiatives to build utility and social infrastructure, the public sector has also shown a keen interest in the country?s development, which has complemented the growth of the construction industry. In fact, the government?s budget for 2015 earmarks a total of US$230bn for boosting long-term non-oil development. In this backdrop, Saudi Build offers a tailor-made platform for professionals from the construction and allied industries to get a first-hand experience of new advances in building and construction.?
Saudi Build 2015 is the biggest business-to-business construction show in the kingdom in terms of exhibition space, number of exhibitors, international participation and number of visitors. It is being held concurrently with Saudi Stone-Tech 2015 and Saudi Build PMV Series.
