A new, US$150mn railway equipment plant is set to be built in Qatar, the countrys International Projects Developments Company (IPDC) has announced
Ahmed Hussain Al Khalaf, chairman of IPDC, was quoted as saying that negotiations were currently under way with Qatar Railways Development Company and that a final agreement was imminent.
Al Khalaf added that negotiations with international construction partners, including French, German, Spanish and Italian companies, were also advancing.
