Swiss cabling specialist Reichle & De-Massari (R&M) has increased its Saudi workforce to help it meet the huge demand potential of the Kingdom

The company has successfully completed several cabling projects in the country, notably the advanced end-to-end network cabling infrastructure for a leading government health care facility.

R&M Middle East and Africa executive vice president, Jean-Pierre Labry, commented, "The Saudi market is our near-term strategic focus due to the tremendous demand potential we see here. This is across several industry verticals such as health, finance, telecom/public networks, and real estate.

"Our increased staff will enable us to be more proactive and responsive to customers and market needs," he added.

To speed up product delivery, the company had set up a supply chain hub at its Middle East headquarters in Dubai last year.

According to R&M, its modular copper and fiber solutions are best suited for Saudi's large scale infrastructure projects, which can "go green" right from the cabling phase.

The structured cabling specialist has been active in the region for more than twelve years and provides more than 5,500 solutions for data centre/structured cabling as well as telecom/FTTx/utilities.
