Olga Dubinok has been appointed as the director of business development, USA, by MYCRANE, the world's inaugural global platform for online crane rental, further fortifying its team in the United States of America

In her newly assigned role, Dubinok, based in Phoenix, is tasked with propelling ongoing growth in the USA, involving herself with customers and crane rental companies, and elevating awareness of the MYCRANE brand.

Having a background as a veteran in the crane industry, Dubinok has previously held business development roles for digital platforms offering equipment sales. She also served as a sales manager for a global equipment manufacturer, concentrating on the brand's growth and development in the North America market. Dubinok, a familiar figure in the industry, has regularly participated in crane and construction events such as the meetings of the Specialised Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA), as well as the bauma and Conexpo trade shows.

As an active participant in the industry, she currently holds a committee position in the Specialised Carriers & Rigging Foundation, a non-profit organization supporting workforce development and providing educational assistance for qualified candidates.

Andrei Geikalo, MYCRANE founder and CEO, expressed, “Olga joins MYCRANE at an exciting time, and I am thrilled to welcome her to our growing team. Her established contacts in the industry and can-do attitude will be a great asset to the company as we expand our presence in the USA and advance the digitalisation of the crane rental process.”

MYCRANE's solutions are designed to provide the benefits of digitalisation for the cranes and construction sectors. The Dubai-based company's most well-known tool is its free online crane rental platform, allowing users to save time and money by swiftly and easily finding lifting equipment through the MYCRANE website.

Dubinok conveyed her attraction to MYCRANE's mission, stating, “What really excites me about MYCRANE is the opportunity to introduce technology and services that truly help the industry. It’s all about making the way we do business that much easier.”

This recent appointment builds upon earlier expansions in the USA, which is designated as one of MYCRANE’s three focus markets, along with India and Saudi Arabia. The USA operation is active nationwide and led by Jason Brough, President of MYCRANE USA, who was appointed in October 2023.
