Unigulf Industries has launched EASY Pre-Insulated Ducting system extensively for the use of residential and commercial HVAC appliances at a gala exhibition in Auckland

Unigulf showcased its newly launched EASY Pre-Insulated Duct (PID) system at the 2017 HVAC&R Trade Exhibition and Industry Conference conducted in Auckland from 11-12 May. The duct system is lighter and easier to use than the existing traditional metallic duct systems available in the market.

The key specialities of the PID system are that these ducts are made of HCFC-free material, meet the UN, BS & EN standards, and are authenticated by world famous testing laboratories. The ducting system is aimed to reduce the weight of buildings and constructions, thereby improving the load endurance capacities.

The duct system has been developed with a combination of aluminium foil and PUR/PIR that ensure no release of particles and prevent the risk of bacterial growth or fungi. The smart flanging system prevents unnecessary air leakage and the ducts serve as fire-resistant. PIDs are light weighted, therefore easily movable, easily installed, and very much cost effective unlike the other traditional ducts. In addition, these ducts are environment friendly as are absolutely free of the use of HCFCs, and are cost effective.

Apart from the Pre-Insulated Ducting system, Unigulf Industries also exhibited a variety of air range products such as easy to use duct connectors, self-adhesives hangers, damper quadrants, splitter damper hardware, access doors, air valves, flanges, corners, regulators, pin spotters, and different kinds of other metallic accessories. The company representative is confident that this exhibition of the Pre-Insulated Ducts and range of products will attract targeted visitors, and provide the company an essential platform to footstep into the other international market.
