RAK Energy Summit to be held in November

The second edition of the RAK Energy Summit will be held on 27-28 November 2024 at Al Hamra International Exhibition & Conference Centre

The summit's theme, "Create and Contribute to the Sustainable Energy Goals of the Future," will give opinion leaders and policymakers from the public and commercial sectors a forum for collaboration and discussion.

The summit will feature critical topics such as the concrete actions taken by major global economies to advance the energy transition and meet net-zero targets, focusing on the role of the private sector.

The second edition also features Etihad Water and Electricity as the lead partner, underscoring the utility company's support for the largest sustainable energy event in the Northern Emirates.

With an emphasis on the private sector, the summit's programming delves into important subjects like the specific steps taken by the world's largest economies to progress the energy transition and fulfil net-zero ambitions.

The summit will feature talks and leadership demonstrations on key topics related to national and regional decarbonisation routes, such as artificial intelligence (AI), smart technologies, future fuels and energy grids, energy and carbon markets, and others.

In order to highlight the upcoming significant prospects in sustainable energy, the summit will also feature organised networking opportunities and live demonstrations.
