Trina Solar and Al-Raebi for Trading (Al-Raebi) have signed a five year agreement to supply 500MW of module shipments for the Yemeni market
Trina Solar will supply Al-Raebi with 100MW of its n-type i-TOPCon cell technology modules in 2023. The five year agreement will cater to the country’s increasing energy needs.
With the advanced technology of i-TOPCon cells and 210mm module technology, cell efficiency and module power of the Vertex N series have been comprehensively upgraded, bringing module efficiency to as high as 22.4%, with power reaching 605W and 695W for residential, C&I PV applications and utility settings.
Antonio Jimenez, managing director and vice president, Middle East, Trina Solar commented, “We are proud to bring our latest n-type i-TOPCon Vertex N modules to the region.
