Announced in Sana'a on 20 July 2026, the entities have signed a comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This agreement establishes a formal framework to explore collaboration on a massive 1.5 gigawatt (GW) solar project pipeline across Yemen, spanning a strategic window between 2026 and 2029.
