Danfoss incorporates sustainable tech at its workplace

Danfoss, which provides sustainable engineering solutions, opened its newly renovated office in Dubai on Wednesday

The office is equipped with sustainable technologies such as rooftop solar panels and EV chargers.

The company highlighted its commitment to green engineering.

“Over the past two decades, Danfoss Dubai office has played a pivotal role in shaping the engineering landscape of the UAE and beyond. From its humble beginnings operating through partners and agents to becoming a fully-established office, Danfoss has continuously evolved to meet the ever-changing needs of its customers,” Danfoss said.

ESG goals

The company’s Dubai office consists of more than 28 nationalities, with a 30% female workforce.

“25% of our leadership are women,” the company said.

As the company completes its 20th anniversary in the region, it has highlighted its ESG goals for the future. The company’s new office with integrated solar technology aligns with its goal of achieving carbon neutrality in its operations by 2030.

The company also opened the first regional Danfoss Drives Technical & Training Centre, aimed at creating a base in knowledge sharing.
