Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Housing selects AES Arabia to build wastewater plants

Saudi Arabia?s Ministry of Housing has selected AES Arabia to build wastewater plants in the southwest region of the Kingdom

AES Arabia recently awarded its employees who completed 10 years and 15 years of continuous service to the company.

Held under the patronage of Fawaz Malki, company?s CEO, more than 150 employees were present during the ceremony of awarding more than 38 employees and senior executives. Mazen Malki, director of AES Arabia, also attended the ceremony to boost the morale of employees.

CEO Malki said, ?We are proud to honour and celebrate our employees who completed long years of continuous service to the company.?

Malki also assured of AES Arabia?s willingness to improve and develop employees? skills and improving their job abilities. Business development manager, Asad Khan too revealed the company?s success and ambitious expansion plan for coming years.

With regards to the project, AES Arabia will design, engineer, manufacture and supply 115,200 cu/m per day sea water desalination plant and 24,000 cu/m per day waste water RO plant, which is potentially one of the largest in the oil and gas industry.

The plant will feed the utilities for the integrated gas power plant owned by Saudi Aramco. Spain-based Tecnicas Reunidas selected AES Arabia to design, fabricate, test, supply and commission oil modular packaged units.
