Arady announces residential tower project in Dubai

Arady Developments, a joint venture between Deyaar Development (Deyaar) and Dubai Properties Group, has announced the launch of a 48-storey residential tower project

The project will be a part of Central Park project at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

The handover of the residential tower has been scheduled for the second half of 2014 with sales expected to begin in mid-September. Arady Developments will oversee the sale of the project.
