Construction and interior products manufacturer Avant has announced the official introduction of its flooring, walling, ceiling and roofing products in the Middle East
With the assistance of its UAE-based distributors Danube and Al Taif group, Avant has introduced its product range, which, according to the company, offers sustainability and unmatched durability.
Antonio Varghese, chairman and CEO of Avant Holding said, ?We are very pleased to introduce our full range of products to the UAE. We look forward to providing our customers and stakeholders in the Emirates and the Gulf region with an experience like no other when it comes to meeting their requirements for elegant, yet sustainable, flooring, panelling and roofing.
?All Avant products have been designed to withstand extreme weather conditions without cracking, discolouring or deteriorating. Avant products have insulating qualities that may reduce electricity costs by up to 20 to 25 per cent, resulting in lower carbon emissions,? he added.
According to the company, Avant flooring is designed to resemble wood but presents none of the liabilities associated with the material as it is made from ultra-durable composite, requiring no maintenance.
The product conforms to strict marine standards, making it suitable for use around fisheries, docks, yachts and houseboats. It can also withstand the pressures of foot traffic at hotels, airports, shopping malls, office buildings and indoor stadiums.
Meanwhile, Avant roofing is made up of a combination of carbon fibre and ASA composite, available in either Avant Premium or Avant Royal. It is therefore ideal for varied applications, from livestock farms and malls to office buildings and residential compounds, the company said.
The roofing is also fire retardant, heat resistant, acid/alkali/corrosion-proof, waterproof, UV proof and available in a range of colours.
Varghese added, ?We redefine the next-generation of sustainable products with Avant products, which are suitable for a wide spectrum of applications - from commercial to residential spaces, resorts to restaurants, hotels to hospitals, showrooms and ship decks.?
