Kentz EPC unit wins two contracts in Abu Dhabi

Kentz Corporations engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) business unit has won two contracts in Abu Dhabi, for a total value of close to US$18mn

According to a statement issued by Kentz, the company has secured a contract from Abu Dhabi Gas Industries (GASCO) for replacing the existing control system and associated electrical and instrumentation services in the onshore fields of Habshan. This includes upgrades to the injection compressors, as well as replacing the existing control system with up-to-date technology, compressor auxiliary panels and gas turbine field instrumentation.

The second deal is with a new client in Abu Dhabi, where engineering and construction services will be executed under a specialist contractor, said Kentz.
