Al Nahda Investment has selected engineering and general contracting firm Pivot as the main contractor for the construction of a US$43.6mn residential tower located at Al Saraya in Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi-based Pivot has affirmed that it will build the tower on plot C34, located within the Saraya master-planned development on Abu Dhabi Corniche.
The contract will entail all civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing works. The building will consist of two basement levels with 234 parking spaces, a ground floor, mezzanine floor, three podium levels, an amenity floor, a roof and upper roof. The work will be expected to take 27 months to complete.
A spokesperson for Pivot said, ?Facing the Gulf Sea, this residential building will comprise 175 apartments and duplexes will be the epitome of luxury.
"The amenity floor will provide future residents with high-end recreational facilities consisting of gyms, games room, swimming pools, recreational and multi-purpose rooms.?
