AECOM Technology Corporation has won a three-year contract worth US$21mn to provide consultancy services to Saudi Arabias Tatweer Buildings Company
Technical and management support service provider AECOM will support Tatweer Buildings in developing an internal project that will include delivering 2,100 educational facilities throughout Saudi Arabia.
The programme will involve projects in all 13 provinces of the country and will include primary and secondary educational facilities.
AECOM said in a statement, ?Our global team of visionary education experts is well equipped to deliver a program that works to advance education for the nation?s children.?
It said that the winning of the contract has been a result of combined efforts of AECOM teams based in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and North America.
AECOM chairman and chief executive officer John M Dionisio said, ?We are delighted to play a key role in this important programme and support the Tatweer Buildings Company.?
