Renaissance Services SAOG, Oman?s integrated facilities management company, has announced a digital transformation partnership with global experience company SAP to drive efficiencies for the company and its clients using digital platforms

Oman Vision 2040 continues to guide the development of the Sultanate?s infrastructure, mall and retail, and tourism and hospitality projects. Goldstein Research shows the facilities management market has topped US$210mn and is set to grow by more than four-fold to US$860mn by 2022.

Supporting 2040?s goals of economic and social transformation, Renaissance?s digital transformation of its human resources and learning function is centred on adopting the SAP SuccessFactors cloud-based human resources management system. Renaissance is driving talent development with mobile apps for self-learning across more than 9,000 employees and helping to develop Oman?s workforce of the future.
