At the ongoing Intermat show in Paris, crane maker Manitowoc awarded NFT Specialized in Tower Cranes LLC for its ?Excellence in Operations and Marketing?
NFT?s CEO Nabil Al Zahlawi received the award from Aron Ravenscroft, executive vice-president of Manitowoc Cranes.
The company has invested over US$5mn in improving infrastructure and brand image in the Middle East and around the world.
NFT launched its ?Safety First!? campaign to improve safety awareness across its client?s construction sites.
The campaign, which began in Dubai with eight construction sites, will continue to Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
NFT has also made investments in its 300,000 sq m yard in Al Dafra, Abu Dhabi, which houses its fleet of 2,000 tower cranes and construction hoists.
The company is also the first dealer for Manitowoc to begin a blog section on its website devoted to industry topics, which are then shared with the construction community.

NFT is based in Abu Dhabi and has been operating in the space for more than 35 years. It specialises in tower cranes, passengers and materials hoists and other construction equipment.
The dealer, which has a strong presence in the Middle East, is growing its business beyond the region and has clients all over the world.
