Cargostore Containers LLC has started supplying offshore containers locally to Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and other privately owned companies in Abu Dhabi
Cargostore Abu Dhabi is the UAE branch of the UK-owned Cargostore Worldwide Trading Ltd. The company has been supplying quality DNV 2.7-1-certified CCU?s since 1993.
From the Dubai depot, Cargostore has traditionally supplied DNV 2.7-1-certified equipment in the UAE and the wider Middle Eastern region.
According to the company, it can supply DNV 2.7-1-certified 10 and 20 ft CCU?s, reefers and bespoke equipment ranging in size from the DNV tool box to the DNV 47ft riser baskets.
The company?s new 20ft DNV 2.7-1-certified reefer units for offshore use have recently been moved into the UAE, with further units scheduled to be moved in the Q4 2017.
A further 10 ISO reefers are awaiting mobilisation ex-factory, said the company while reporting to the press.
In addition, bespoke A60 DNV 2.7-1 Zone 1-certified offshore units, a 12 ft mud logging unit and a smoking shack have been delivered to a major client in the region.
Jacob Poot, vice-president of Cargostore, said, ?The potential to supply DNV 2.7-1-certified equipment, either for rental or sale is enormous. Now this international standard is becoming a requirement for working in the offshore oil and gas industry in the UAE.?
The company will exhibit during ADIPEC from 13-16 November 2017, in booth 8637.
