With 40 models, offering five different boom configurations, Hyva EDGE Line includes solutions for all applications, ranging from telescopic (HT series) and basic articulated (HB series) cranes, to double linkage (HC series) cranes designed to give high versatility and best-in-class performance. Also offering a short retractive secondary boom configuration (HC-K series), for moving large loads in a small radius, the range also offers an endless slewing configuration for faster working and up to eight extensions (depending on model), standard or auxiliary actvations for extensions and a choice of jibs, winches and accessories.

With a focus on simplifying operation and minimising error, Hyva EDGE Line is designed to improve crane operation and make life easier for the crane operator. Featuring an ergonomic control station for high visibility and easy operational management, cranes in the range offer a high level of customisation, through a wide range of control options, as well as the widest slewing angle currently available. Hyva EDGE Line also includes innovations such as The Magic Touch, which allows automatic folding and unfolding to transport and working positions, and the dynamic load diagram, which provides advance verification of crane lifting capacity based on truck stability.

Hyva?s rock solid design and development process includes exhaustive prototype and field testing (a single prototype is subjected to up to 600,000 loading cycles to simulate 10 years of operation). This, coupled with full compliance with world-class manufacturing standards, means that the company is so confident in the reliability of its cranes that it can offer an extended warranty of three years general and five years on structural parts. To demonstrate the innovation and diversity of the Hyva EDGE Line, next to several models that will be unveiled at bauma, Hyva will showcase the new HC661 for the first time. This 66 tm class crane offers a wide range of advanced features, as well as two new patented innovations. The first of these is an auto stabilising system (ASS), which allows the truck to be levelled automatically, regardless the ground conditions, and the other is the active awareness radio remote (AARR), which alerts the operator though joystick vibrations in case of potential risks, e.g. overloading, out of range, etc.
Other new models in the Hyva EDGE Line, to be displayed for the first time, include the 23 tm class with endless slewing, the 13 tm class with short retractive boom, the nine tm class with links, the 24 tm class with T boom and the 24 tm class with links. Hyva has both an indoor and outdoor stand ?Hall B4, stand 348 (indoor) and stand FN 721/5 (outdoor).
